Unsolved problem with supercharger

Having a bit of an issue with the supercharger shutting off after one pull on my cls55. My car will top out max at 120mph no matter how hot or cold it is outside. The radiator, headgaskets, iat sensor, the pump(010),water pump, and thermostat have all been replaced. The coolant has been bleed multiple times. The auxiliary fan comes on for a few seconds after the car is turned completely off as well. Only mods are LTH, aftermarket exhaust, intake, ecu and tcu tunes. No CEL. The issue started after the original axillary pump took a crap. Replaced it and the only difference it made was the recovery time for the supercharger. The iats never go over 150F
