Can I buy an E500 with the Appearance Package, then get the AMG ground effects put on the car??????

Yes. Any Mercedes available as an AMG model can have the AMG bodywork fitted to a car that was not originally delivered with that bodywork. It's usually cheaper to get the body parts included when ordering the car in the US, but in some cases it may be cheaper, easier, unavailable, or otherwise more desirable to fit the kit afterwards.
