E320 suspension dropped

I just refurbished my compressor as was sounding like a tractor, but now the car won’t come back up to height.

I only have the self levelling suspension not airmatic.
I can hear the compressor working for a few mins at start up but then it stops.

From what I can tell it suggests that the level sensor is faulty

But If i jack the car up the red error message goes away?? Which suggests to me that the sensor is reading the height correctly??
Thanks in advance

Did you verify that the compressor actually builds pressure before you mounted it? There is also solenoid valve that releases pressure from the system, that might be stuck open and all the air goes to the atmosphere.
