My 04 e320 engine looks like passengers side is low
I've never noticed this before. And it looks like passenger side is sagging. If I had to guess I'd guess motor mount? But wouldn't I have had some type of symptoms if motor was sagging because of that? When I do search all kinds of steering angle stuff came up.

Motor mount most likely. The E320s from 03-05 with M112 engines were notorious for having a healthy appetite for engine mounts. Most likely your other side is also going bad. Suggest you replace them in pairs, also find a place that offers a lifetime warranty (FCP Euro for example) on the part, they will tear again.
