Do lowering links affect the ride height at the full lift setting?

Do lowering links affect the ride height at the full lift setting?
I want to lower my 2006 E55 with lowering links, however I need the full height of the raised setting to clear my driveway. I understand how the links trick the system to lower the vehicle, but is the fully raised setting affected with lowering links.

Yes, it is affected. Same amount as the normal ride height is lower.

Yes, it will affect the up position. When selecting the raise vehicle button on the center console, the vehicle will raise 2.5 inches from the normal idle height.
