CAN-C Paddle Shifter Wiring. HELP!!
Hello,
I am tracking down why I have a sporadic upshift signal on my 05 E55. I have seen that the paddle shifters go from the Steering Column Module (N80) to the CAN-C (X30/5) to the ETC (15/3). With my scanner I have found that N80 receives the signal fine, but somewhere between the N80 to the CAN-C to the ETC there is a short or something causes a wonky signal. Does anyone know what connector is what in the CAN-C? I would like to measure resistances to find my problem. Any help would mean tons. Essentially the ETC believes someone is randomly smashing the upshift paddle. The signal is not from the floor shifter.
