Preemptive replacement of engine mounts on CDI?

Preemptive replacement of engine mounts on CDI?
I'll be doing a complete suspension refresh, including replacement of front torsion/sway bar. My understanding is that in order to replace that bar I'll be having to unbolt the engine mounts. Would it be worthwhile to replace the engine mounts at this time seeing as I'd have this much disassembled?
I don't believe that the engine mounts are bad. Just looking to be preemptive if it makes sense.

How many times have you replaced them? You could have a spare set on hand so that once you unbolt it, if you look at them side by side, even ones that feel fine might be slightly lower than brand new ones. Mine were gone at 60k.

Thanks for the reply. Car is new to me, no idea on actual state of the mounts.
I just did some up-close inspection (cleaning up to see what I have) and the front subframe is pretty ugly (rust). So, going to replace that (have a parts car). Seems that makes it a no-brainer to do the mounts.

Well... Got tossed a big curve ball. Need to pull the engine, engine swap. Won't go into the details other than to say I'll be pulling engine and trans AND subframe: can leave attached to subframe: wanting to swap in a better subframe as well (all from my donor car). With engine and subframe out I'll have easy access to the mounts!
