Bottom of trunk liner (underneath car). In a parts car I'm totally stripping (only this piece and the sun roof left). This part I need to replace a really ugly/corroded one on the car I'm restoring. I've tried a wrench and a socket but they don't grab well and all seems to not want to budge.
That's it! Not long after I posted it dawned on me. It looks like, however, that that strap is integral to the well/pan. I will probably pull the well/pan from the parts car; whether I'd go so far as swapping the entire thing out of the car I'm restoring is something I'll have to ponder (have lots of stuff to do so it'll come down to how I feel about when I get to that end of the car, months from now).
