Get the battery load tested. Might be on its last leg.

Appreciate your reply, but I only have issues like every 5,6 months, and as I stated I'm aware there re some electrical issues, do you think if the battery is in last leg can work properly for several months and only fail often?

Purchase a BA-5 battery tester and place it on you battery every oil change. You can track the battery degradation over time. New, the battery in my w211 is rated at 900 CCA and new batteries will always test over 1,000 cca. When the tester shows my battery at 700 CCA I replace. It is not as quite as accurate as load testing but it gives you a very good idea when your battery is about to fail to start your car. I would rather replace a battery then be stuck on the side of the road at a truck stop in the middle of a 500-mile journey. FWIW YMMV.

What is your goal? to start the car, or to fix the car?

If it were my car, I would start by scanning the car for error code, and know them ahead of time. Then, start emptying the trunk and carefully check if there is any water around, find the entry point and fix it.

Check there is no moisture on either of the fuse areas. There is one in the left area of the trunk, and in some models one near the battery (pre-fuse box).

Also, if you car got water through the windows on either of the driver or passenger side, be certain there is no water below the carpets and ALL the modules under the carpet are DRY. Any moisture in them will certainly give all kind of surprises--> MB water gremlins. MB do not like water inside ANYWHERE. You may have a damaged module already

Once all the above is done, be certain your battery is up to the task as it has strongly been stated above, either a new one or yours verified is properly charged. Then, approach the error codes you got.

Anything else, and you will be on the road again for a short lived moment.

Like I said, might be. That's basic procedure in our shop to start from the battery if there is any problems of starting the engine. You might have just a corroded battery post, as you said it started just fine when jumped from another vehicle.
