- you either acknowledge it's a cap in total but just want the star in which case they don't sell that separate unless you buy a cap with the star and somehow creatively pry off the star for you replacement purpose
- you don't realize that the cap and star are one part and this is why people have multiply recommended to simply get a new cap that has a new star or even four new caps for uniformity
- help people understand how they can help you better, there may be something about your request no one is understanding

Yeah, it's basically a center cap. They're on ebay. Either use the part number mentioned above or pop the center cap off and check the MB part number on the back. There's lots of them out there for sale. Some of the cheaper ones are knock offs and don't have the MB part number on the back. They normally don't sell that star piece separately so you need to buy a new center cap.
