2009 e550 passenger headlight out low beam
2009 e550 passenger headlight out low beam other lights work just low beam not working I replaced light with a new HID and still nothing what can it be a bad ground or connection

Probably the ballast. You can switch it from one side to the other to see if the problem goes with the light. Also you normally replaced the HID bulbs in pairs as they get dimmer with age so the new one will be a little brighter than the old one.

Is this a factory Bixenon? Low beam and high beam are the same bulb. It just uses a shutter to switch between low and high. There's also another high beam in the light next door as it takes a while for the shutter to move from low to high so you need another high beam light when using flash to pass. Incidentally you can just buy the part for the headlamp washer cover, it's really not that much. If not the ballast then wiring is much more problematic. You could try scanning it for codes.

yea I already have the washer cover this a old pic but it happen when I went to car wash so maybe it shorted it out a new head light without ballast is bout $165 and the ballast is $86 on eBay so ima just buy them both and see
