I have been browsing through some of the different dealerships pre-owned inventories and have noticed a lot of option codes that I'm unfamiliar with. Can someone help me out?

What are some of the other package and option codes that are pretty common for the 03 and 04 MY's?

 

Package content as per brochures however keep in mind that for 04 certain equipment/features were jockeyed or eliminated as the year progressed. I believe standard non-sport package means just that – without sports package. Individual option codes are not listed in the brochures so I cannot help there.

03

E1 – Bi-Xenon low & high beam headlamps, heated headlamp washers
E2 – Harman/kardon Logic 7 surround system, power glass sunroof
E3 Sport – 17” 5-spoke alloy wheels, 245/45WR17 high performance tires, sculpted lower body, blue tinted glass, Bi-Xenon low & high beam headlamps, heated headlamp washers, LED brake lights, ivory colored gauge faces, black birdseye maple wood interior trim
E4 – 60/40 split folding rear seats with center armrest pass-through, fold flat front passenger seat
E5 – Heated front seats & steering wheel

Appearance - 17” 5-spoke alloy wheels, 245/45WR17 high performance tires, sculpted lower body, blue tinted glass, Bi-Xenon low & high beam headlamps, heated headlamp washers, LED brake lights, ivory colored gauge faces, black birdseye maple wood interior trim (E320 adds premium leather upholstery, airmatic suspension)
AMG Sport – AMG design sculpted front air dam & rear apron, dual polished chrome exhaust tips, staggered 18” AMG ultrathin spoke monoblock wheels, high performance tires
Heating – Heated front seats & steering whhel
Sunroof – Power glass sunroof, power rear window shade, manual roller sunshades to rear side door windows
Rear Seat - 60/40 split folding rear seats with center armrest pass-through, fold flat front passenger seat
Premium – All items in Comfort, Entertainment, and Sunroof packages, COMAND-DVD navigation system

 

The options were regrouped & given more "wordy/discriptive" names in '04. The "E"2 option code (& other "E" option codes were on the '03s & previous year models.

and make like you're ordering, and some of the various options have the factory number codes.

Combining those with Konigstiger's "E" codes above, and you've got it, by George!
