Timing Cover/Case replacement 2008 M272
I have been watching videos on taking the bolts out but the instructions are unclear and I wanted to take a seat back and look at thing before messing with stuff, I saw one guy just take the bolts out on the front of the timing gears and get a flexible socket extension down to the bolts. If you have to take the bolts out of the timing gears and they just be put back on and torqued to spec. I saw a couple videos say those thin round pieces on the gears need to be replaced. I know if you take the whole cam gears off you need to put in a 3mm drift in the proper hole.
What is the easiest way to just remove the timing cover on the m272?
Thanks, Ryan.
