Did all pre-facelift E500s come with a Harmon Kardon sound systems?

Did all pre-facelift E500s come with a Harmon Kardon sound systems?
I am looking to swap out my radio as it spontaneously decides to work when it wants but is otherwise not working. I know people who swap to aftermarket radios get a MOST bypass but will I need it on my non Nav E500?

In the US, our 2004 E500 data sheet just shows "810 Sound System" No mention of HK on the sheet but that's what it has labeled on the door speakers. This gives you a sub in the back. Also has the hidden 6 disk "819 CD changer" in the dash and "530 Command DVD APS USA with Navigation" also.
It looks like you could try a non-NAV single CD OEM replacement? At those prices though, you could get a new aftermarket unit with more modern feature and try that. Make sure you buy from some one you can return to if it doesn't work or causes error messages.

I also have the 819 CD changer option however my speakers do not say Harmon Kardon on the covers. I was mainly asking so I can purchase an android headunit for some carplay function
