Hi guys, I've got a e220 cdi evo from 2007 with a bad ecu, car is towed to me, i plugged on xentry to check, but i cannot communicate with the ECU, i checked all the fuses and relays according to schematics but everything was alright.
So i taked out the ecu and bought a exactly same ecu it was already virginized so i didnt needed to bother with that at all i just plugged in the car and thats all.
But now if i want to do initial startup it did the programming, but after i only got offline scn coding beacuse off no access to online, so i don't have anything there.
I've also tried to adapt drive authorization i got it personalized but when i want to activate it says to start the engine which is cranks but doesn't start.
I've also got some pictures with faults and scn section.
Any help appreciated!

Some pics: Dont mind about the egr and the fan, egr is plugged out and the fan is disconnected beacuse of the programming. Faults SCN
So i've got a bit further, i flashed the eeprom from the old to the new one, i got some coding strings now,
Also in actual values-drive authorization everything is yes expect the synchronisation which is weird beacuse it has the old immo data so its should be synched right?
I attach some more pics, also the ecus numbers and what sdflash got out as "dump"
The alexmb one is what ive got the other one is the original ecu.
