2009 Mercedes e350 4matic wagon
W211 4Matic wagon Swap to RWD logistics
I was wondering if at all possible to swap a 4 matic wagon to rwd with a manual transmission. Ive seen other posts with the obligatory "Just buy a different car" or "Cost too much dont look into it", or the classic "All the programmig would be too much work" Tired of all these answers giving me nothing of substance. The real burning questions are: Could it be done with money as no object? What would need to be done to the body itself? IE changing mounts or subrames from something like a donor rwd. I have a 2009 E350 wagon and id like to truly make it my own car by having something not a lot of people have. I been searching for weeks trying to just get a straight answer which no one provides or if they managed to swap their wagon they wont reveal their secrets. I know theres rwd wagons out there i use to own a w210 rwd wagon but had to get rid of it due to downsizing.
