Forward flex disc installed isn't correct for my model/ year

I have a 2004 E320 4 Matic. I have a vibration soni grabbed the FCP Euro drive shaft kit that includes two new flex discs.
The rear flex disc went in fine. The front one currently installed and that I've personally driven with for 50k miles is smaller in diameter and has a smaller bolt pattern.

The part number on the existing one is 203 417 01 15. I can find that part but I'm just curious what happened to get this part. The flange from the transfer case and the forward flange/ forward section of the rear drive shaft would have had to be replaced too. I'm wondering if maybe the transfer case was replaced/ swapped some time before my ownership?

Unfortunately I didn't learn this until I had the car taken apart. But I have the new rear disc, center carrier and trans mount installed and the vibration is almost gone.
