Limp mode, turbo not kicking..2004 220CDI

E class w211 220CDI
Limp mode, turbo not kicking..2004 220CDI
Hello, i have problém with limp mode. After few minutes engine start to shift when 2000rpm and turbo is not working? I guess limp mode. Very lazy. I did force DPF regeneration but it not helped, only check engine light is remove. One time i got even stuck in uphill in the mall parking centre, car wont climb it. Did few restarts and somehow made it.. Error codes are:
2626 DPF full
2359: boost regulation
2511: no signal?
So.. DPF, Turbo or EGR? I dont want to guess and change it one by one.. Any ideas to better diagnose it? Thank you!!
