I had rusty rear arches replaced on my 2005 estate. The old brackets holding on the rear Mudflaps fell apart on removal.
Generic replacements are available on eBay etc but not in the size used by MB for some reason. Anyone had the same issue and found a supplier without being stiffed for a new set of mudflaps, if indeed they are a ilable.
I suppose I could drill through the mudfaps, which fit over the plastic bumper and use a plastic fitting but would rather not be drilling into the bumper. I am in
the UK.
Photos are a fine example of the depradations of winter salt. Fortunately the rear arches were the only bit of the bodywork affected.
