These Angstrom wheels look really nice in person. It is very close to what I have been looking for. The only things that are missing from my "wishlist" are three pieces with bolts, and deeper lips. Lip size is limited by Mercedes' conservative offset so there is nothing I can do about that. Just when I was about to give up, I found these wheels that were actually out in the market before Angstrom:
These look identical to the Angstrom except that they are 3 pieces, and come with the little bolts (instead of 2 pieces with the center welded onto the rim). Price is several hundred dollars more. I think it is very likely that they make wheels for Angstrom. So I would say get the Angstrom for those of you who like wheels with many long spokes and the clean look of HRE 840 series, and get this one if you want something that looks a little bit more fancy and more easy to repair.
