Hi, I have a question: My 07 E350 has regular halogen tail lights (stop lights portion, to be specific). Can I replace the halogen tail lights with the LED's tail lights (from sport package models)? is it plug and play, or will requires modification to the wiring harness? Thank you

I'd like to know if you ever figured out the answer to this, but if not I'll likely know soon enough. Just bought an 08 Bluetec with standard tail lights, and I've already got a set of OEM facelift LED tails lying around so I might just swap them and find out.

from what people posts, the connectors are different, need modification. You can give it a try, and please let me know the results. You dont need to remove the tail light, just disconnect the connectors and reconnect into the LED light...
