2003 E500 Key Will Not Turn Over
Hi Yall,
I am asking for all's help/advice about my other e500, a 2003 Mercedes e500 sport. I was taking a run to the store, and everything was working perfectly. After coming out of the store, I unlocked my car with the vital phone with zero issues, and when I went to put the key into the ignition, it wouldn't register and would not turn. The red light on the key blinks when I unlock/lock and pop the truck, and the lights all turn on in the car, including when I manually switch the headlights on. I have zero response to trying to turn the key and the dash doesn't light up at all when I take the key in and out. The steering wheel is also locked. Also, when I open the door to get out, the dash lights up and says, "Don't forget to remove the key phone." I have my car parked at a lot and no more than 24hrs to move it. If you have any advice to help me, I would greatly appreciate anything you say. If you have a question I can try my best to answer.
Thanks

Out Of Control!!
typically that suggest a low voltage within the system
what you may do is disconnect the battery for five minutes then reconnect-----what happens?????
