Hello friends, I need help please. I have this code , check engine light ON. Looking online it is runner intake control intake high bank 2. Does this mean the flaps on one of the intakes is not working anymore? I know they are flimsy and made out of plastic. It’s a big job to get to them and, in the process, the oil cooler and swirl flap motor should be replaced.
I’m just not sure if I’m looking in the right direction.

if its MB fault code 2013 its a fault in your outside temp sensor either a faulty CAN, a faulty short to ground or a short to positive

Ok, thank you. I have my front bumper off because I cleaned my CAC and changed the hoses for it. Of course the outside temp sensor is in the bumper and being disconnected it will show a high outside temp. I’m just confused about why, researching for the code, it lead me to an intake controller high bank.
I’ll connect the sensor and see if the check engine light goes away.

Plugged the bumper outside temp sensor, check engine light is still on. I don’t know what to check anymore. The car runs fine. I’m still thinking that the intake actuators might be getting stuck at times. It’s so frustrating!

dont quit your day job and rather than losing sleep over intake actuators buy your wife a hot dog or take a trip to italy.
