Mercedes W211 stuck suddenly and not Moving Forward and Reverse
My car Mercedes W211 stuck suddenly and not Moving Forward and Reverse

Please check attached health report and Screenshot


when I scan it's showing Transport Protection on . I trying to learning Gear scanner doing this process when it's going on car Star to move and reverse after completing it's going on same problem can anyone Help me please response me and also it's Showing ETC is not Initialised

what is the battery voltage
