I have several code scanners. The best MB scanner for the money (~$150) is the Launch Elite MB 2.0. It can scan for codes, reset them, and also do coding. Like the earlier post, search the forum for specifics.

Depends on your budget. The Launch one is probably the best one but it's at about $160. If you're on a budget, the Autel AP200 will also work fine, it's about $50. Basic difference is that the Launch Creader will do programming but the Autel basically just scans all subsystems and can do resets which is basically all you need to keep the car running.
