Rebuilt performance motors for 2009 E350 w211

Car needs 20 hours of cam and timing chain work. I could do it myself but I’m old lazy and pretty much disabled from physical activity after 20 years of hard manual labor and some surgeries. “Moderately severe sciatica”, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, screws in my heel, broke wrists 3 times. Etc etc.

Anyway….

is there a company thank makes a mild rebuild w211? With a tune and mild cam or something? I’d rather just put a whole new motor in and say screw it and keep it as my project. I swear the dealer put something in the oil or clear the codes and then after I got home 2 hour drive (limp mode, cam timing codes, misfires on 3 coils. 4 coils still original after 183k.

So any company’s or anyone out there that makes a mild or even extreme performance rebuilt 3.5L V6 W211 like that? How much? Probably do it myself. Transmission seems great, same one as the sprinter correct?

I plan to drive this until the wheels fall off or drop the motor in and sell it.

Thanks in advance.
