My '05 E320 cdi didn't have Bluetooth built in but there apparently was a "bluetooth puck" available that plugged into a port in the center compartment(? Maybe the glovebox...) that gave the radio Bluetooth ability.
I just ran a cable from the Aux jack in the glovebox to my phone. Back then, phones had aux Jacks. I bet there's a Bluetooth adapter nowadays that will plug into the auxiliary jack.

It might be me not looking hard enough, but I can't find an aux jack in my glove box at all.
