E320 cdi 2005 Code issues

Hello everyone, I own a 2005 e320 cdi and have had a number of issues since getting it that now I am attempting to get fixed now. I am suspecting that all of the issues may come from a problem with the PCM but wanted to come to the forums for advice!

list of codes:
p0243:turbo charger waste/gate solenoid
p2237: pump current connection of oxygen sensor 1( cylinder bank 1) has an electrical fault or open circuit
p0683: glow plug control module to PCM communication circuit

im also facing my cruise control not setting properly (as in I set it to 60 mph and it drives at 59 or 58, has gotten worse with time), and the car won’t go above 3000 rpm

if you suspect I’m entirely in the wrong don’t be afraid to let me know and to give your two cents on the matter because it may just be that I need to replace a few different things but I don’t know.

also these codes were taken with o Riley’s veriscan thing because I work there lol, thank you for reading and helping.

I forgot to mention I also have the Tele aid notification on my dash, I’m not sure if that contributes but there’s that to add.

Assuming you are in the U.S., the Tele-Aid notification is due to the fact that the mobile phone networks used by the Tele-Aid module have pretty much all been decommissioned by the mobile carrier companies. They went through a previous "flag day" (old Internet engineer term) when the mobile networks went from the old analog AMPS cellular system to digital systems.

I am kicking myself that I didn't ask my dealer to code the Tele-Aid out the last time I had my CDI in the shop to get the SBC pump replaced.
That's all a long way of saying, I wouldn't worry that the Tele-Aid warning has anything to do with your engine issues.

I do have one question though, how often are you trying to push your engine above 3000 RPM? My shift points have always been in the 1800-2200 range.
