E500 M273 air ducts - replacement from other models?

E500 M273 air ducts - replacement from other models?
Hi All,
Just got an E500 2008 with the M273 engine, the car is far from pristine, but i wanted one for a long time and it came at a good price. It has some broken/ missing parts, for example the air ducts for the engine that lead from the grill to the air filters are brittle and almost destroyed. We got many junkyards around, however the M273 is a rare engine, would it be possible to replace said ducts with ones from M272 (the 6-cyl petrol engine of the same generation)? Same question for the plastic underbody shields, especially the one between the front wheels with the air scoops.
