door control module not working

Mercedes E-classe e270 cdi (w211)
door control module not working
Hi everyone.
My Mercedes W211 E270 CDI has a problem with the left rear door: the red safety light and the door opening illumination light are not working, but the puddle light is functioning. The flat wire has broken, and I extended it with copper wire. All lights are receiving voltage. If anyone knows anything please advise.

Well, if the lights are receiving voltage, the actual light is broken.

I connected the lights to the battery directly and in that case the lights worked well.
