Rear wheel speed sensor
2004 E500 4MATIC
Had all the lights pop up ABS-ESP_BRAKE..ETC...did a scan and came back right rear wheel sensor ..replaced both rear (aftermarket) cleared codes and it is still popping up ...when I check them with my scanner I have good voltage and all sensors are spinning the same and registering ...Before I buy OEM I wanted to check in and see if Im missing anything obvious.

Now youve replaced both rear sensors, are you getting 2 codes or just the one you had before?
Its not unusual to have to go through 3 or more cycles before the code resets. Usually it resets straight away. Things to look for are a dirty or damaged reluctor ring that the sensor reads from. A squirt of parts cleaner as you rotate the hub won'h hurt. Also check the connections for bent pins and make sure they're clean. If you're only getting the error on 1 wheel, swap them over (even use your 'good' old one) and see if it follows the sensor.
You won't be the first or last to have had problems with aftermarket ABS sensors.

Thanks guys ... I will tear it back apart to get a better look at the ring since the DTC went back to RRW. It just confused me because it is reporting speed but maybe there a glitch I cant see?

I had an issue with my right front sensor. It registered speed just fine, no difference to the left side when driving straight. But what I noticed, that when you looked air gap (or what ever it's called on the iCarsoft), it was showing ok/not ok. Replaced wheel seal (which includes the reluctor ring) and never had an issue since.
