2005 E320 CDI Power LOST
I have an odd acceleration problem with my 2005 E320 CDI. When I first start the car (hot or cold), the acceleration/power is awesome, BUT the power is lost within a few seconds. A good example is when I leave my house, the power is perfect. I have to stop about a 1/4 of a mile later, and I have no boost If I restart the car, the power is again awesome. I have also noticed if I start it and let it idle for maybe a minute, there will be no boost! To have perfect acceleration, I have to start going immediately! I have one CEL which is P2015 (intake manifold)..

There's a motor in the intake that can cause these exact issues. There is a motor on the turbo that can also cause similar issues. That code if for the intake so id start there.

Wiring in a resistor is probably the easiest and cheapest thing to just try and test.
