As you can tell by the photo there is a gap between my grille and bumper and also betwen hood and bumper, my question is if it's from the hood or the bumper, also how do i fix it? Thanks!

that actually looks quite normal to me . any lower of the hood and the hood will not light up with the top corner of the fenders. any higher of the bumper and it will hit the headlights.

Yeah, I was wondering about the gap there on my recently acquired E350. I think another good way to see is checking the line between the fender and the bumper (to the side of the lights)

There seems to be no gap here, I tried adjusting the hood stops but no luck doesn't appear to be the hood

There are adjustable stops on the bumper in the location of the gap. I've seen it once on a YouTube video and it is in the documentation for bumper removal.
