OK, here is what I know. When I get in the car and turn the ignition to on and I don't see a light on my cigar lighter phone charger. I know my front seats won't move and my a/c blower fan with not blow hard. I just get a little air with no fan presence. Could this be a SAM issue?

easiest first step is to check all the fuses first, across the entire car.
best step is to get the car on a diagnostic scanner to see further issues. there are multiple SAMs on the entire car, doing various things!

I'm sorry I should also say that this is intermittent. It will turn off or on while driving, no warning. I use the lighter charger light as a guide. When it is off, I know those features will not work.
If the light is on, I'm good to go, for a little while anyway.

Fuse 53a/b and 64 in front SAM cover the cigarette lighter and AAC. Fuses21,22,23,34 in instrument panel fuse box cover front seats and memory modules. If all fail simultaneously, will need to check the relay(s) powering the chassis circuits.
Instrument panel fuse box is powered by the rear pre-fuse box. So...if that connection failed, everything powered by the rear pre-fuse should fail...you are describing the failure of only a few circuits...
