E320 A/C Compressor Change

W211 Wagon with about 125,000 miles. AC Finally went out. This a Denso 471-1466 with a brake away clutch. New compressor is here, and I don't want to mess this up. Every thing I can find says this ships with 150cc of oil, and no need to add any additional. MB WIS says to add 20cc for compressor change, and 10cc for a drier change.. But it does not say where to add the 20cc. Add it straight to the suction port and give it a few turns? Could not find any videos or writeups on this. Any one done this on a W211 or similar with a break away clutch. The clutch is not the traditional electromagnetic clutch. The pully is always spinning the compressor shaft, unless it siezes, in which case it decouples and allows the pulley to free spin. I do not want to mess this up, so any tips will be greatly appreciated. I've done traditional compressors before, and have a set of gages, and a vaccum pump.
