Retrofitting Comand NTG1 and Nav DVD drive
Hi,
I have a 2004 E 220 CDI sedan with the Audio 50 APS system with navigation and without a cd changer.
I am retrofitting the larger Comand NTG 1 system, which i believe will mostly plug and play? But using navigation will need installation of the Navigation DVD drive in the trunk of the car?
I believe I already have fiber running to the AGW and Navigation processor to the trunk.
Does the Navigation DVD drive connect to the fiber and how would I connect it? And if i need an additional cable/fiber going to the head unit, where would it be routed in a car with it equipped?
