strange electrical problem

Hi, I have w211 e320 petrol 2003. So strange issue with engine struggle on idle in D or R. when engine is getting on normal temperature, and it comes to stop it is working on low rpm like 650-670. When warning “electrical consumers switched off” coming on dashboard, engine is working great with normal rpm on 900-950. What should be the problem? I checked alternator readings: 14.4 on, heater on. Changed voltage regulator, BCM and not solved. I don't know what should be the reason. OBD is not displaying a related error. Visited local workshops getting no solution. If someone had same issue or know how that system is working, please give me an advice to solve that issue. Thank You

1) are you using an obd reader that can only read engine codes or are you using a proper scanner that can talk to ALL of the computers on the car?
2) for the life of me I'll likely never understand why folks change only the voltage regulator and not the whole alternator assembly.
3) What Heguli said: How old are your batteries?

I installed new 100ah battery for 2 years, It is storing voltage for a long time, like a week was just parked and no problem at starting. I want to figure out why it is rough idling that bad until that warning.

Yep, I have own OBD reader and can see engine codes. But I had also in Service where they have professional scanners too, and they can't detect that strange thing.
Voltage Regulator Replacement because they guy who said that alternator was good, maybe relay inside that regulator was broken or not working great due to high heat. So he gave me an option to change that by the way when it was dissembled from the engine. Batteries changed 2 Years ago. Both, front and main too. Now they are working normally I think because it is storing energy for a long period and I don't have any starting issues with them. I also read that car needs AGM battery. The battery I installed is not AGM. But I can't figure it out how that can cause this issue.
