I dont have pano roof, but odds on your drains may be clogged. I would recommend a can air, stovepipe cleaners, and edge trimmer cord.
Also check your drains for debris under the hood located on the side corners, if dirty snake the as to the roof drains....
PS: Check your drain in the gas area to as dirty/grime likes to party their too. GL.

My issue was the glue had failed on the rear window, you can see two failure spots in the picturea where it had detached from the window. I was told you can test this by pushing on the window. If it moves in and out you're glue is going bad. It shouldn't move at all.
Here's pictures of the rear window removed. At least for my model and year , 2004 w211 e55 woth panoramic roof, manufactured date of 09/03. There are no rear roof drains.
