Problems Since My Computer Update
This will be the 2nd time in a month I have to go back for the dealer to "program in" the fact that I have a power steering wheel height adjustment. The up/dn-in/out switch doesn't work as of noon today & the auto memory wheel movement no longer works. Last time it quit, it worked for a while with the smart key in use but not with the keyless go in use, then it quit altogether...
Last time this happened they said they had to program the feature back in to the computer. Never had this problem in almost a year untill they updated the computer along with the SBC recall.

Obviously the "update" screwed something up or probably deleted the current settings. It doesn't sound to serious and the dealer should be able to take care of it. Hopefully your seat is stuck in a good driving position untill you have time to get to your wrench.

I agree. Last time this happened, the tech couldn't believe it & thought the column mounted adjustment switch was bad or the little motor.... but he said all he had to do was go into programming & tell it that it had a power adjustable wheel with EZ exit feature, so obviously the update contains crappy programming.
