Need tune for my car, not sure where to look.
New to this forum
Hi, I own a 2005 e320 cdi with the i6 turbo diesel
I had someone that was supposed to come tune the car but hes bailed on me 3 times already so I went ahead and purchased a kess v2 with the red pcb to read (and write) the ecu and get a tune from someone with some good experience. Im still driving the car for now but its in like a limp mode with the check engine on.
Mods: egr/egr cooler delete (welded with 1/4 inch aluminum), the palstic baffle I took out the one that sits right under the egr cooler (also welded), have installed downpipe, resealed all the boost pipes, swirl flaps delete, change out thermostat.
stock airbox, stock intercooler and exhaust (besides downpipe) stock turbo
Right by the shifter there is a button to switch from c/s/m, and was curious to see if Id be able to have a subtle tune for c mode something like 170hp but 35+mpg and s to be something like 250hp and the m is just there to manually switch the gears (dont really use it)
This is a car I drive every day, so I dont want to be digging around in it every month.
The car has 225,000 miles on it and I use Liquimoly 5w-30 every oil change (about 10k miles) For coolant I use valvoline zerex g48.
