1 Year Update
Christmas Eve (December 24) will be my E500 1 year anniversary. With 8,200 on the ODO, the car has been nearly trouble free. The only minor problems I've had are Radio Static fixed by February's SW update and roof rattle fixed by tightening the sunroof. I was alittle concern replacing my 434HP to a 302HP W211 but hopefully if everything goes well, I will be getting another sports car within a year. Once Spring comes, time to get the catback exhaust (thanks to CalBenz post!), possibly a chip and new appearance mods that's soon to be release. What impressed me is the nano paint. After one year of washing and waxing practically every weekend, the paint has no swirl marks. With the '01 E320 4matic and '02 S500, swirl marks was visible within 1 year. I CAN'T STAND SWIRLMARKS!!! 
This forum has been great and has been very helpful with a wealth of information about our cars.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the car and hopefully the next 3-4 years will be as trouble free as the first year.

The car has a layer of salt already. It's been too cold to wash it as today's high was in the single digits.
Probably wash it on Sunday when it gets up to a balmy 30 degrees!
