...actually its a gift from an MBUSA fulfilment center. Its a beautiful fringed navy wool car blanket w/MB Logo on it, and a nice card thanking me for driving an MB. It came in a really nice glossy cardboard box with MB Logo on the 1 year anniversary of the car with a return address of MBUSA, but NOT the official MBUSA address in NJ, so I know it was handled by a third party that was contracted for. Is this a normal occurance for other MB owners in the US, or did my selling dealer subscribe to some sort of "gifting service" thru an MBUSA dealer to customer "Thank You" program to thank the customers who chose to buy at their dealership?

I've still yet to receive a wool blanket from them. My salesman told me it would arrive for the holidays but nothing yet. Ehh, whatever...

I got one on my one-year anniversary or thereabouts. Also have received a silver keychain, a nice jacket, and a nice shirt (each retailing in the 75-100 range at the stealership store).

I got my blankie maybe six or nine months ago, just in time for summer. Ours is black rather than navy. I've still got the glossy black inner box it came in; seems too good to throw away. The blanket iself resides in the trunk, although my wife let one of her cold-blooded office co-workers use it as a lap robe recently.

I guess I don't rate, I got a leather passport wallet. Oh well that's what I get for saving thousands by buying certified pre-owned! I've got several a nice wool blankets from the USMC circ. 1945.

OK, let's see if I've got this figured out. Those of us that bought E320's got a wallet, those who bought an E500 got a blanket and those who bought an AMG got a hooker

I got the blanket. I think I also got a nice key chain in the mail. I have received several key chains from the dealer.

No hookers yet. Wait....there was a rumor that EDJ was intercepting the hooker orders and they were all going to him.

After 6 MBs, we never received any blankets until I had to call MBUSA one day and asked how do they distribute blankets as I heard it from this forum. The lady then advised they do it on a random basis and didn't even ask if I cared for one. A few weeks later.....they sent me a black blanket.

Six months after my purchased, I received a wallet for my E's documentation. No freebees after that.

I actually got a leather wallet too, shortly after I got the car. The wallet however, came with a return address of "MB Credit", not "MBUSA" that was on today's blanket box.

The letter that came with my wallet said that I would be receiving more down the line including free issues of Momentum. Maybe I'll eventually get a blanket too.
