Door Lock/Unlock Button
Today my door lock/unlock button on the door handle wouldn't work most of the time (1 out of 4 tries it would work) but the keyless go to start the car is fine. I would have to use the key FOB to lock and unlock the doors. Is this a matter of resyncing the key with the car or a larger problem? If it's just a matter of resyncing the key, does anyone have the instructions as my manual is not with me at this time. Thanks.

I've found that if you are starting to get key not recognized in the car after you are experiencing this outside that your batteries need to be changed in the smart key. If that is not the case than door handle needs to be replaced. My door handle for the driver's door has been replaced twice now, once due to the button not working and than gain for the infrared not working.

Randy, what ever became of that brake job? You know the one where all rotors & pads were changed by dealer (Mercedes Orlando) for $500? Inquiring minds want to know…

Yes please.... Wheres that invoice. I would love to provide a copy to my dealership when I need brakes and rotors... The price sounds to good to be true.
