konigstiger, any update on the maintenance sheets you've previously posted (2010, 2012) for MY2014 sedans/wagons?

You all rock... Thanks for sharing!
I saved the files...

I purchased my CPO 2013 E-350 with 8800 miles on it, and they did the "A" service on it - although I don't know which version, upon their taking the car into inventory with a few miles less...
I'm not concerned about wheel rotation as I've been running winter wheels / tires (Enkei EDR9 (17s downsized from my 18s) & Michelin X-Ice Xi3 - loved them both by the way through my first Ohio winter if anyone cares) for months now... and will be going back to the AMG wheels soon...
When should I take it in for the "B" service?
I'm concerned about the possibility that they didn't REALLY do all they should have on the A, and want to keep this car for a long time... Part of the concern is due to them showing me the wrong carfax at first, their telling me while standing next to the car that it had 17" wheels (AMG 18"), and saying it was a loaner (the two next to it were)...
I appreciate your thoughts!

I had a similar situation last year. Bought CPO 2013 C250COUPE with 9700 mi. Dealer said it had an A service performed prior to my purchase. I was a bit skeptical for a variety of reasons as to how through their service was. Took a good look at the oil and was not convinced that the service had been properly done. As I had bought the car out of state I took it to my local dealer and had the oil changed with Mobil 1 0w40 foreign car formula. This gave me peace of mind and is essentially what the A service requires. Also gave it a TECHRON treatment. 3,000 mi later the car is great and I sleep @ night.

Later this year, when required,I will have the B service performed.

I just had the B service done a few miles early... seems like everything is good - I also did the TECHRON treatment a bit before bringing it in. There should be a MB site that we can log in and see our car's records at. Anyone know if that's ever been done?

a website would be nice. But you can get a Vehicle Master Inquiry from your local dealer that will show all the history from the dealer database. If you don't use dealers, then there are smartphone apps that help you track your history but you have to update it yourself.

Personally, I still keep the envelope in the glove compartment with all my records.

40k miles and make sure the magnet in the tranny fluid pan is REPLACED, not just cleaned.

RESET OF SERVICE INDICATOR W212 MY2014 E350

Are the instructions for resetting the service indicator the same for a W212 MY2014 E350 as those posted for the 2010?

The diagnostic kit doesnt read any problem wrong with the car. What could still be causing the transmission problem. Is it possible i need a new gear system ?

I have a 2016 E350 with keyless-go ignition and my question concerns resetting of the service indicator. To initiate the reset, is it necessary to actually insert the key into the ignition switch or just press the start button without having foot on brake (turns on electrical system but do not start)? If actual insertion is required, how to remove the keyless-go button?

If you can use the button to go to position 2 without starting then no need to remove the button.

I find removing the button easier. Just pull the button straight out.

Hey konigstiger...I'm planning to put the car on jack stands. Can you provide a diagram of the undercarriage showing all the jacking points aside from the obvious ones on each side of the car? I want to be able to lift the whole front with the floor jack but I don't know where to place it. Same thing for the rear. My E is a 2012 W212 4matic sedan. Thank you for your help.
