Is that $874 a month??
That seems WAAYY too high, for any non-AMG E, especially a 350. Also, the car is supposed to be based at $48K now, so you better make sure those Options do come out to $10K.... Unless you're willing to pay extra for being one of the firsts to have the car, which will wear-off soon as they become common.
Here's an Add that was out a while ago. Also remember, if you're willing to wait, as the car's "newness" wears off, prices will come down to earth more.

2010 E350 4Matic w/sport package
Damn that is pricey, I am waiting until spring 2010 when MB gets more realistic with their leasing rates.
When I got my 08 E350 w/amg sports package, etc I think all the options I had brought it up to around $59,000 or so sticker, I aid all fees up front which was about $3,000, 27 months $620/month (which includes around $25-30/month for the rim/tire protection plan).

That's definitely pricey! In 2007 I got my 2008 E350 with 60,350 sticker and my lease is $549/month with $0 down, 24 months and 7500 miles/year.
You can't compare and 07-09 E350 or E550 lease to a 2010 lease. 07 and 09 car were way overpriced compared to the competition and Mercedes need to move the car so they support the car through high residual and low money factor. I think the key to ask this deal is whether the dealer has marked up you money factor. Mercedes will probably give a better money factor and residual later in the cycle. But there is no guarantee that it will reach the level of the 07-09 E.

It just seems to me like these numbers are all too high for a $48K-$52K car. Fact is, it's a cheaper car by like 5 grand compared to the W211, and I don't personally think a lot of these prices are reflecting that.... I know I damn well wouldn't want to pay W211 numbers (or more) for a car that M-B is pricing as significantly less, I'd take advantage of the price change. I think the "over-charge for a brand new car" deal is in effect right now for sure.
