$63K for E350 is possible with all those additional options with package 2 but I'd wait around Dec-Feb of next year to get better deals. My lease expires in April and Im sure by then they will have something I"m looking for. I hope in the near future they'll bump up more HP for the V6 engines. Nissan's/ Infiniti's have theirs around 300HP range....

I paid 72k for my 09 E350 out the door but that includes p2 package, sport package and gap insurance, wheel damage insurance, paint and upholstry application and total intrest.. I know i had the word SUKKA spelled across my forehead.
Other then the car not being able to go 0 to 60 under 6 sec. the car is pretty comfortable to drive and it does go around conners pretty quick. As for buying 2010 model. I opted for the 09 model. I really liked the traditional look. When buying a new car you will never win against a dealership. They are there to make money!

I used MB USA to configure an E 350 with P2; leather; 4matic; pano; ipod; spoiler and came in at $62,065. This is full retail and I agree that in the spring, they will be talking 5k below retail, if not more. I do believe that for current lease customers they will eat 5 months of payments to get you into that new E

While I like to say congrats on the rides, some of these prices seem rather high.
I looked at 08 CLS63 with 11K miles for $68K Monday, I would much have that. My preference.

Pretty damn good price for a CLS63 it seems.

an e350 with a decent package and the pano roof EASILY costs $63K, WITH a decent discount. for a new V8 or AMG model add $10K easily. sure a base model e with no packages maybe $50-55K, but try to find one and why would you want one anyway. in 2009 4 matic was a no cost option, otherwise the e-350 would have been closer to $65K. my best friend owns the 3rd largest dealer in the country.

There is a pricing thread in the link below. Discusses all you need to know about the pricing...

I've heard prices are moving up (and/or discounts moving down), last year when I asked by the E550 was considerably less than the BMW 550 I was told they priced the E class considerable less to gain quick market share. Which is why if you do a comparable build of bmw vs mb you see the bmw is considerably higher. When I talked to my dealer recently he mentioned they want to move the price up (slowly) and reduce the discounting to more of a comparable comparison (this was in relationship to buying a car with the new engine). Last year the economic situation was a little different, I think 5% off sticker isn't a bad target (anything below that is gravy). I do agree if you wait for a model year change you may get the best deal, espacially if they do bring the new engines out in 2012.

PEETA123 - I think I read somewhere here that if you get the driver's assist package and wheel package, you do NOT get the steering wheel just to let you know...

I ordered a 63K E350 sedan that is scheduled to come in next week. I have a good relationship with the dealer who told me I should expect to pay $1000 over Invoice (if there are better deals out there that I know of, I'm sure he'll play ball). I plan to lease the car (36 months/10,000 miles per year). What are some of the deals you guys are seeing out there? Any tips on negotiating the best price? Thanks!

I agree, but at the cost of money and the crummy residuals, leasing is becoming less attractive. A buddy just got a quote on an Infiniti M 56 (no it does not compare equally to the E 550) and he got a 59% residual and a money factor of .0018 on a 39 month lease.
The car came in at $68k and he is paying about $200 less per month than a similar E 550.
When I priced an E 350 last spring (2010) I got a residual of 44%, the money factor was great, but the residual forced the price up by $250 per month over my 07 E 350.

2011 E350 4-Matic Sport
I just purchased my 2011 E 350 4-matic sport last month. P1, rear spoiler, dynamic Seat, heated steering wheel (idk if thats standard), exc. Sticker was 58K..i got it for 50k out the door. Which i thought was a good deal. Really cool salesman by the way, he had a mercedes benz seniority coupon which gave me the discount.
