Just got the New 2010 E350 with OEM HID light, however~~~ Seems the OEM HID is too "yellow" and i wanna change it~ wakakaka!!!![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
However I gone thru the owners manuel and can't even find the OEM HID bulb size!!
........ If anyone can help?
(D1S/D2S/D2R???) I am so ready to purchase an after market HID replacement bulb kit but i need u guys help ~! thanks~!!!

Hmm that's weird the manual doesn't specify the type of bulbs for your car, but all I know 6000K would be white with slight bluish output and should be perfect if you're not looking for something too blue.

If you pull the bulb (be careful, high voltage) you can check the number and order one from an aftermarket HID vendor. Or just call the dealer and get the bulb number.
But if you change it out you might get a code from the CAN bus(?) Could be an issue(?)
btw, the blue lamps are simply coated and cut down on lumens (this has been discussed ad nauseam.) Also it makes the car look ricer in a lot of people's opinions. You'll lose about 12% of light output by going to 6k.
