Just picked up my latest "E". Former car was a 2007. My general impression is that the new "E" is a bit "edgier", the handling, steering and braking feel more precise. Overall, the additional body stiffness probably contributes to that impression. Controls and overall ergonomics are an improvement. I haven't gone over the interior dimensions but the car seems bigger inside, since I'm 6'5" thats important. Styling-wise, it turns lots of heads and I've had more compliments and questions than I can ever remember on any of my previous "E's" and I've had a new model whenever they've been introduced for the last 27 years.

The rear quarter panel attempt to emulate the sponsons on early MB's is a bit controversial, but it's growing on me. All in all a great car.
