Agree, that deal is fabulous! End of model year lease rates are very good right now. My rate was slightly higher for a P1 car with no down payment and only 7,500 miles per year. But that was in January!

You guys are killing me, posting these recent deals. Looks like if I waited a few months (instead of getting a W212 the second to the last month of its production) I could have saved about $4K or so in the long run.
Oh well, patience is a virtue.... That I don't have sometimes.

If everyone had enough patience, then dealers had sales only in September. From other side at the end of year, dealers have limited quantities in lot, so you will have very limited selection of options and colors. However if you want to save only, then best time will be December, and a car can be discounted by $15k-$20K. Autobahn usually has couple cars prices around $38K.

Jeez, yeah. Some guys are saving up to $6K more than I am during the entire run of the Lease. Then again, I had no loyalty discounts or anything. Crazy thing is, I got a better deal than anyone I personally know did on a W212 (quite a few).

I locked the deal in today. Picking up my Black/Black with Ash wood 2011 E350 this Sat.
Comes with P1 package and Sport.
Here's the deal - and I had to fight for this...
24 month Lease
$2012 total out of pocket
$575 per month
10K Miles per year
I've got a corp discount from so that helped the numbers a bit ($2000 off I think)
And here's the kicker...
I'm returning a 2008 E350 to them as there is only one payment left on it.
I just made the second to last payment a few days ago.
Sales guy is telling me that Mercedes Financial is going to refund me that payment and cancel the final payment.
How good is that??

when i purchased M3, i was able to find its invoice (real. not sure it's real real one but the number kinda matched up) so.

What is your residual if you don't mind me asking? Mine is at $32K, which from the research I've done, is pretty low for a P2 car, maybe since I got it toward the end of the 2010 MY that had something to do with it?
