4Matic Wheel Options...
Hi All,
I have an 07 e350 4Matic Sport that needs one new wheel (pothole issue) and a set of new tires. I thought I might replace all my wheels with the 2009 AMG Sport wheels, though I see front & back wheels are different sizes. Would this effect the 4Matic response?
Thank you for your time!
Paul

I'm running staggered 19's (245-35, 275-30) here in Colorado with Bridgestone Potenza AS's and they are OK on snowy roads but they could be better if the rears were 245's to match the fronts... The rears tend to break loose fairly easy due to the width... ESP keeps things pretty well controllable though... Next winter, I will run Pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snows in 245-18 all around and they should work much better... I have Scorpions on my ML320CDI and it's noticeably stickier on the snow and ice here in Colorado's High Country Mountain Roads...
